I am incredibly excited to announce Paladino Strength’s first ever Summer Strength Class! Registration is now OPEN.
This 8-week small-group class will meet on Saturdays 9:00-10:30 am and Tuesdays 6:30-8:00 am, learning basic barbell movements like the squat, deadlift, bench press, and overhead press. All levels of experience and ability are welcome, although the class is geared toward folks new to barbell-based training. The class will be held at Strive & Uplift in Ballard. Class is limited to 6 students! Begins June 15; last class August 10.
